What Makes the BWB Series Different

Security Construction & Burglary Protection
AMSEC builds the BWB Series with an 11-gauge welded steel body and a 1/2-inch solid steel door, backed by internal jamb reinforcement on all four sides. That reinforcement matters because a determined attacker will often go after the frame or hinges rather than the door face itself, and a reinforced jamb closes that route. Five 1-inch locking bolts in a three-way pattern, plus a spring-loaded relocker, round out the burglary resistance. For a small business storing a full day's cash intake, that's real, deliberate construction rather than a thin steel box with a lock on it.

Certified Fire Protection & What It Means
The BWB Series does not carry a fire rating. If protecting documents or cash from fire matters for your business, ask us about AMSEC's combination burglary-fire commercial safes, which add that protection at the next tier up.
Highlight
Lock Type & Access Options
The BWB2020 and BWB3020 use an ESL10 electronic lock. Electronic locks make it easier to change the code yourself and can support features like time delay depending on configuration, while a mechanical lock needs no batteries and is about as reliable as a lock gets. We help you match the lock type to how your team actually handles the register at open and close.
