Refund policy

All sales are final.  Once orders are placed on our website, product is reserved and/or put into production for your order. 

Safe purchases are not impulse buys and are well thought out and planned by our buyers. It is therefore highly unusual for a customer to request that a safe be returned. But we do have a policy for returns.

Liberty Safes of Atlanta and The SafeMarket has the following  return/exchange policy effective immediately after purchase.

After the completion of any purchase, the customer is subject to a 25% restocking fee on any items they wish to return even if possession has not been taken on the item. Any and all deposits on special order items are non-refundable.

If purchase is financed, in addition to the 25% restocking  fee, the customer will assume responsibility of any dealer and administrative fees assessed during the loan process.

No returns will be accepted after your safe has been delivered. No returns on any electrical products. Returned accessory merchandise must be unopened and in original condition.

Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval from your local store manager and the issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization. When returned, goods and their cartons must be in unused, resealable condition. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval. Non-stock, special order items, modified, or cut to size orders are not returnable.

The customer pays all shipping costs on returns. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Liberty Safe of Atlanta and The SafeMarket and their affiliate stores.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions in this policy, you are acknowledging and accepting this return/restocking policy.
