Liberty Safe - Collector Tall Series

Collector T | Dimensions: 72"(H) x50"(W) x 27.5"(D*) | 6 in 1 Flex Interior

Current Price $5,609.00
The Collector Series covers four models that share construction and diverge on the things that decide a purchase. Collector and Collector T run an 11 gauge two-piece body with 110 minutes of fire and up to 72 long guns, one taking the width and the other the height. Fatboy holds the same 110 minute rating on a 12 gauge body at 60 guns, and Fatboy Jr drops to 75 minutes and 22 inches of depth for 45. All four sit in the Balanced tier in the Liberty Safe lineup, with quarter-inch hardened bars and a reinforced anti-pry frame across the range.

Who This Safe Is Best For — and When to Consider More

Choose this model if:

Choose within this family when the collection is genuinely large and the room is what narrows the field. Wall width points to the Collector, ceiling height to the Collector T, fire-first thinking to the Fatboy, and shallow depth to the Fatboy Jr. If two models both fit, the tiebreaker is usually fire duration rather than capacity. All four are worth seeing side by side, and our showrooms carry the range.

Best For:

This family fits a collection that has outgrown a single mid-size safe. Choose Collector if you have wall width and a large collection, Collector T if you have ceiling height instead. Choose Fatboy if fire duration matters more to you than steel gauge, since it holds the 110 minute rating at a lower price. Choose Fatboy Jr if depth is the measurement that keeps failing, because 22 inches fits rooms the others cannot.

Not Ideal For:

This family is the wrong place to look if your collection is under thirty long guns. It is also wrong if documented lock hardware is a requirement, since the tiers above specify it and this range does not. Warranty terms are not given for any of the four. And if maximum steel is the goal, 11 gauge is the heaviest body here.

What Makes the Collector Tall Different

Bar thickness does not vary in this family: every model uses quarter-inch hardened steel at 4 inches wide. Bar count is given only for the two website models, twelve on the Collector and fourteen on the Collector T. Both offer a UL listed electronic lock and a UL listed mechanical dial, chosen at order.
Collector and Collector T use an 11 gauge two-piece body. A reinforced frame built to resist pry attacks and a wide frame door for reaching into the interior. Quarter-inch hardened locking bars are constant across every model.
Included accessories differ by model, which happens nowhere else in the Liberty line. Collector and Collector T ship with a lighting system, an upgraded outlet kit with a low-voltage passthrough, and a premium door organiser.

Interior volume runs up to 33.79 on the Collector T, calculated from Liberty's published dimensions. That difference decides whether things sit single file or two deep, which matters more day to day than the cubic figure does. they come with one interior level and no upgrade offered.
The Collector stands 60.5 inches tall and the Collector T stands 72. Width runs 50, or 54 inches, and depth is 27.5. Minimum doorway is given only for the two website models, at 30.5 and 29.75 inches, the widest requirements in the Liberty line. Add 3.5 inches of depth for handle, outlet kit, and plug on the Collector models.

Security Construction & Burglary Protection

Burglary protection is the most consistent thing across this family. Each model carries quarter-inch hardened bars, a reinforced anti-pry frame, UL RSC Level 1 on the body, and a California DOJ firearm safety device listing.

Certified Fire Protection & What It Means

This model carrys 110 minutes of fire protection. Where you live in the service area should weigh on that choice, since rural response runs longer than it does inside the perimeter.

Highlight

One hundred and ten minutes of fire protection on the Collector, Collector T, and Fatboy, and 75 minutes on the Fatboy Jr.

Lock Type & Access Options

Every model offers the same two lock choices and both carry UL listings. Electronic recodes in a minute and suits a household where several people need access; a mechanical dial has no batteries and no electronics.

Highlight

Included accessories differ by model, which happens nowhere else in the Liberty line, and the Fatboy Jr is the only one without a lighting system. No warranty term is listed for this family, so confirm coverage with us before you order.

Interior Storage, Shelving & Organization

The lived difference between these models is interior depth rather than cubic feet. At 18.25 to 19 inches, the Collector, Collector T, and Fatboy let you store two deep, which is efficient and hides things. At 14 inches the Fatboy Jr is single file, which holds less and loses nothing. Most owners in this family end up splitting the body, long guns racked on one side and shelving on the other.
Interior volume runs up to 33.79 on the Collector T, calculated from Liberty's published dimensions. That difference decides whether things sit single file or two deep, which matters more day to day than the cubic figure does. they come with one interior level and no upgrade offered.

Installation, Placement & Bolting Down

Installation planning often determines long-term satisfaction. Doorway width is the first constraint, and the Collector needs 30.5 inches of clear width, the widest requirement in the Liberty line. Floor location matters on every model here, since the range runs from 754 to 1,230 pounds and stairs change the crew, the equipment, and the price. Our teams handle placement and anchoring as part of a paid delivery, and we would rather walk the route before delivery day than improvise on it.

One of the simplest ways to increase resistance is proper anchoring.

Highlight

Every model here runs from 754 to 1,230 pounds, so all four are crew installs handled across Georgia as a paid service.

Four Models, One Family, Four Different Answers

The Collector Series covers four models that share construction and diverge on the things that decide a purchase. Step Up If:Step up out of this family if you want heavier steel than 11 gauge or published lock protection behind the door. Step up if your fire exposure runs past two hours. Capacity is not a reason to step up, since 72 long guns is the ceiling of the Liberty line and it lives here.
More Than Needed If:This family is more than you need if the collection is under thirty long guns and stable. It is also more than you need if the contents are mostly documents, which a compact home safe handles at a comparable fire rating for a fraction of the weight. Every model here is a crew install, and that cost is real.
