The Rhino Lightning AX6033 pairs a 10-gauge steel body with 120 minutes of fire protection at 1400 degrees. It holds up to 42 long guns and carries a UL RSC burglary rating. This is a clearance floor model at our Norcross showroom.

What Makes the AX6033 Different

UL Listed S&G lock paired with SafeX door-to-body engagement. This clearance unit carries an electronic lock, so confirm the exact model at purchase.

10-gauge steel body with a formed composite door carrying a quarter-inch solid steel plate across the full front.

The SafeX Security System interlocks the door into the body without traditional bolts. A ball bearing drill plate and spring-loaded relocker guard the lock, and the patented clutched handle keeps someone from torquing the safe open.

The AX6033 body is 10-gauge steel, heavier than the 12- and 14-gauge bodies common on entry-level gun safes. The door is a formed composite with a quarter-inch solid steel plate covering the full front face. Rhino's SafeX system interlocks the door into the body instead of throwing traditional bolts, which removes the pry points a bolt-and-bar design creates. A ball bearing drill plate, a spring-loaded relocker, and a clutched handle protect the lock area.

The AX6033 is rated for 120 minutes at 1400 degrees. Fire lining runs the full coverage of the door frame, and a heat-activated Palusol seal expands to about eight times its size to block smoke and heat at the door gap.
