Return & Order Cancelation Policy

At The SafeMarket we want you to have the absolute best shopping experience possible.  If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us at 470-339-1500 or 888-662-0064 Monday-Saturday between 9am and 6pm (EST). Or, by email anytime at support@thesafemarket.com.

Do you no longer want the item you ordered? No problem! We have an easy return and exchange process. If you have just ordered, please contact us ASAP at support@thesafemarket.com so we can cancel your order before it ships.

If your order has already shipped, please contact us at support@thesafemarket.com so we can process your return or exchange and send you a valid Return Authorization number.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • The SafeMarket will accept returns within 30 days of the ship date of the item(s) ordered. Items being returned must be in brand new, sellable condition, in original packaging and be returned with all registration packets, warranty cards, hardware, instructions and packing material. Please be aware custom built Safes are NOT covered by this return policy. Custom safe sales are considered FINAL.
  • Items may only be returned with a valid Return Authorization number. To request a valid RA number please contact us at: 888-662-0064 or email us at support@thesafemarket.com.
  • Once a valid RA number has been issued, The SafeMarket will provide the customer with the necessary shipping instructions. Refunds will be credited back to the original card on which it was charged, minus actual shipping costs. Safes returned outside of original packing will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • For un-damaged and non-defective items, return shipping charges and shipping insurance (of no less than for the original product purchase amount) to our distribution center are the responsibility of the customer. Customer must ship the item back using a nationally known freight carrier (UPS, FedEx, Old Dominion, JB Hunt, etc.) that will provide tracking information, proper crating and insurance. At your request we will send you a return label and will deduct the amount of the shipping charges from your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued after the items have arrived at our distribution center and have been inspected by our staff to ensure compliance with the above requirements.
  • If you live in the Atlanta area, you may always return the item to our retail store.

A few recommendations. If you wish to cancel your order, please call us IMMEDIATELY at 888-662-0064. If your item has shipped our standard return policy applies. If your item has not shipped we will cancel the order and apply the refund to your credit card. Custom safe orders cannot be refunded once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer. Please keep all original packaging for 30 days as this will make the return process much easier!

 

Damaged and Defective Products Policy

  • We are so sorry you are having a problem with your purchase. Please do not worry, if the item you received is damaged or defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
  • Please contact us at support@thesafemarket.com to receive a Return Authorization number. We will process your return and will send you a return label. You must return the damaged/defective item using this label.
  • Once we receive the item at our distribution center we will inspect the item for the claim.  Shipping for items found to not be damaged or defective will be deducted from the customer’s refund or charged to the customer before the replacement item is shipped.

 

Order Cancellations

All orders that are in stock ship by 3pm EST on the same business day the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your order you must do so before your order is shipped so that you may receive a full refund.

If you choose to cancel an order after the order has been shipped, you are responsible for returning the item to us. To minimize deductions from your refund, PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE ITEM. Returning the item in its original, unopened packaging will ensure a smooth return and refund.

 

Refused Orders

If you choose to refuse the shipment of an un-damaged item, you are responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees. If the product is damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may walk you through the return process.
